Team Overview
The Global Renewals organization is the engine that protects and grows Salesforce's most critical revenue streams. Our Renewals Strategy & Planning team is the strategic nerve center for this global organization. We don't just analyze the business; we architect its future. We serve as the core strategic partners to Renewals leadership, designing the Go-to-Market (GTM) models, financial frameworks, and operational blueprints required to drive long-term, profitable customer partnerships at scale.
Role Overview
As the Manager of GTM Analytics & Insights, you will be the analytical heartbeat of the Renewals GTM strategy team. This is a hands-on data role focused on uncovering the "what" and the "why" behind our business. You will be responsible for building our analytical foundation from the ground up—from owning the data connection to our Snowflake warehouse to designing proactive dashboards that identify opportunities and risks. You will be the team's primary analytical partner, transforming raw data into the foundational insights that power our GTM strategy, financial plans, and executive decisions. This high-impact role requires deep technical proficiency, a passion for data exploration, and the ability to translate complex quantitative findings into a clear strategic narrative.
