Job Description

UMG Global Audience Development is seeking a Manager, International Audience Development to cultivate strategic relationships with international partners and amplify artist priorities. This role involves leading global CRM campaigns from planning to evaluation, sharing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The manager will identify new audience growth and e-commerce opportunities, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a data-driven CRM marketing expert with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, passionate about collaboration and relationship building in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key partners in international markets.
  • Work closely with US label international marketing teams for artist amplification.
  • Assist in creating global CRM campaigns for local market implementation.
  • Lead global CRM campaigns with end-to-end execution and performance evaluation.
  • Regularly share best practices and industry trends internationally.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Lead CRM strategy calls with 38+ ex-US audience teams.
  • Identify new audience growth and ecommerce opportunities.
  • Analyze performance data, implement testing, and iterate campaigns.
  • Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous advancement.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance.

How we LEAD:

UMG Global Audience Development is seeking a creative and collaborative Manager, International Audience Development to cultivate strategic relationships with key partners in international markets across the business and work closely with US label international marketing teams to ensure consistent amplification of key artist priorities. You will assist in the creation of global CRM campaigns for implementation at a local market level. You will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at prioritizing what needs to get done now, while managing long term strategic initiatives.

You are a data-driven CRM marketing expert with a passion for collaboration and relationship building. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of email marketing, overall marketing strategy, best practices, user journeys, and performance optimization. You are highly analytical and strategic, yet creative in your approach to problem solve. With an eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with many stakeholders.

How you’ll CREATE:

  • Lead global CRM campaigns with end-to-end execution, including project planning, project management and evaluating campaign performance
  • Regularly share best practices and industry trends across a broad network of international stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Label, Creative, Analytics and Product, to drive cohesive marketing strategies
  • Lead CRM strategy calls with 38+ ex-US audience teams across multiple time zones
  • Identify new audience growth and ecommerce opportunities across priority artist roster
  • Continuously analyze performance data, implement testing strategies, and iterate on campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous advancement across an extensive group of international partners
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

Bring your VIBE:

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, relationship management, and marketing strategy
  • Expertise in email and SMS marketing best practices, including customer segmentation, journey mapping, compliance, deliverability, and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Culturally sensitive and able to navigate various stakeholders diplomatically
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple time sensitive projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders and leadership
  • Must have a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a dynamic, unstructured environment on complex projects
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, etc.)
  • Experience with ESPs, as well as basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
