Job Summary
Kforce has a client in Hoboken, NJ that is seeking a Manager of Sales Finance. This role involves acting as a strategic financial advisor to sales teams, driving margin improvement and profitability initiatives, and managing customer-level P&Ls. The manager will perform gross-to-net and cost-to-serve analysis, deliver accurate reporting and forecasting, and provide forward-looking financial commentary. Key responsibilities also include supporting trade spend ROI analysis, participating in customer business reviews, and training sales partners on financial best practices.
Must Have
- Act as a strategic financial advisor to sales teams and leadership
- Drive margin improvement and profitability initiatives
- Manage customer-level P&Ls
- Perform gross-to-net and cost-to-serve analysis
- Explain variances versus plan, forecast, and prior year
- Deliver accurate reporting on sales, trade spend, and volume
- Contribute to monthly estimates, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans

- Develop dashboards
- Assist with budgeting
- Lead ad-hoc analyses

- Financial Leadership & Partnership: Act as a strategic financial advisor to sales teams and leadership, driving margin improvement and profitability initiatives
- P&L Ownership & Analysis: Manage customer-level P&Ls, perform gross-to-net and cost-to-serve analysis, and explain variances versus plan, forecast, and prior year
- Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate reporting on sales, trade spend, and volume; Contribute to monthly estimates, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans
