Job Summary

This job involves managing software development projects, implementing operational processes, and ensuring timely, quality project delivery. The manager will lead individual contributors and potentially cross-platform teams, manage scrum team roadmaps, analyze and resolve technical and organizational problems, and collaborate with product owners and PMO. Communication of technical issues to non-technical audiences is also a key aspect.

Must Have

  • Directly manages software development projects and execution through individual contributors.
  • Implements processes to drive strong operational hygiene for all components and systems.
  • Responsible for the delivery of projects, including quality and timeliness.
  • Manages the roadmap for a scrum team responsible for technical issues of diverse scope.
  • Competent at communicating technical issues with non-technical audiences.
  • Analyzes multiple sources of information and identifies & resolves complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
  • Collaborates with direct team, managers in org, stakeholders such as Product Owners & PMO.
  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Directly manages software development projects (including program management) and execution through individual contributors. May also lead project teams across platforms or groups
  • Implements processes to drive strong operational hygiene for all components and systems within their group
  • Responsible for the delivery of projects, including quality and timeliness, that impact their domain and potentially one other
  • Demonstrates strong tactical ability by managing the roadmap for a scrum team responsible for technical issues of diverse scope where analysis requires an understanding of current business or tends
  • Competent at communicating technical issues with non-technical audiences
  • Analyzes multiple sources of information and identifies & resolves complex technical, operational, and organizational problems relating to software development.
  • Collaborates with direct team, managers in org, stakeholders such as Product Owners & PMO

Expected Qualifications:
