Over the coming months, Sabre is working with TPG to formally separate the Hospitality Solutions business from Sabre. It is important to understand that while you will be employed by a Sabre legal entity, your role will be supporting the Hospitality Solutions business, which is now owned by TPG.

The Hospitality Solutions engineering organization is seeking a Manager of Software Quality Engineering to lead the Krakow team focused on API and service-based testing, ensuring high-quality releases and supporting global initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers in Krakow.
• Drive test automation and quality improvements for API and service-based applications.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Implement best practices for defect management and test planning.
• Support organizational transformation initiatives and location strategy.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in software testing and automation, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
