About the Team

The COO Business & Operations team is a key driver of impact across Global Markets and Experiences. As trusted partners to eBay’s Chief Commercial Officer, we solve complex operational challenges, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure the successful execution of eBay’s strategic priorities.

We collaborate closely with senior leaders across business units, product, and technology teams. Our work shapes how eBay delivers value—faster, smarter, and with greater focus—making this team an exciting launchpad for growth and leadership opportunities.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager, COO Business & Operations to join our high-impact team. You’ll help simplify operations, prioritize critical initiatives, and accelerate delivery of eBay’s most important projects. This is a high-visibility role where your insights will directly influence business outcomes and shape how eBay operates at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, including time at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or technology is a plus
