Job Description

We’re looking for a Manager, COO Business & Operations to join our high-impact team. You’ll help simplify operations, prioritize critical initiatives, and accelerate delivery of eBay’s most important projects. This is a high-visibility role where your insights will directly influence business outcomes and shape how eBay operates at scale. Must have:
  • Analyze business problems and identify solutions using data, customer insights, and industry trends
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations and plans for action
  • Collaborate across teams to align priorities and streamline execution
  • Improve coordination and clarity regarding eBay’s planning and prioritization processes
  • Communicate insights and proposals effectively to senior stakeholders
  • Champion simplicity and speed in how we work
  • A passion for turning complex challenges into practical solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking, with both quantitative and qualitative strengths
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
  • A proactive, collaborative approach—comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-changing environment
  • Confidence navigating ambiguity and a bias for action
  • A sense of curiosity, creativity, and fun
  • 4+ years of experience, including time at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Bachelor's degree required
Good to have:
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or technology
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
