Key Responsibilities:
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to quality;
- Ability to mentor junior QA engineers and lead testing initiatives;
- Participation in refinement sessions and QA process improvements;
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps, Backend, Frontend); Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance;
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
- Solid experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray, Zephyr);
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Experience with REST API testing (e.g., Postman, Swagger, automated API scripts);
- Knowledge of browser dev tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques;
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines;
- Proficiency in defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good spoken and written English communication skills (B2+ or higher);
Nice to have:
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO); Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android);
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6);
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., gambling, banking, health tech);
