Nasdaq Technology is looking for a Mid-level Quality Assurance Engineer with a focus on manual testing, to join the team in Wroclaw!

We are now looking for a strong specialist in the field of Quality Assurance in Wroclaw. You will be responsible for testing the structure of bank report templates and creating incoming data required for reporting, design, and improvement of test documentation and document software issues and enhancement requests with concise and detailed steps.

Your role and responsibilities:
You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe (Ukraine, Poland, Great Britain, and the USA), delivering critical solutions to world-leading Banks and Requlators.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong experienced team delivering complex financial reports to international clients. You will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress within the Quality Assurance team. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Wroclaw, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Furthermore, you will:
• Designing and developing comprehensive test cases based on project requirements.
• Performing test cases and scenarios efficiently, ensuring maximum test coverage.
• Conducting various types of testing such as functional testing, regression testing, performance testing.
• Analyzing test results and identifying defects, ensuring accurate defect reporting and tracking.
• Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior testers or team members.
• Participating actively in test strategy meetings and project planning sessions.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.
• Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management regarding testing progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
We expect you to have:
• From 1-3 years of testing experience.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, and Excel.
• Solid understanding of software testing methods, types, tools, and processes.
• Strong knowledge of design and development of test documentation.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated team player.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
