Job Description

This permanent full-time Client Support Services Specialist role in Taguig City, Philippines, operates on a hybrid model. The specialist will provide technical leadership, translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Key responsibilities include creating dashboards, reports, and scheduled jobs, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. The role involves monitoring KPIs, incident response, troubleshooting, and ensuring security and compliance. Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Microsoft tools, and extensive experience with ServiceNow functionalities like Cases, Requests, CSM Portal, and Ticket management. Proficiency with Co-pilot, AI tools, and agentic workflows is also expected, along with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. A mid-shift schedule is required.

  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

  • Maintain and support the ServiceNow platform and related environments.
  • Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests, including on-call duties.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Ensure secure and appropriate access to data and features.
  • Implement security policies and audit controls.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Document incidents and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Amenable to work in a mid-shift schedule (5:30pm – 2:30am Manila time).

What You Will Do

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, infrastructure, security).

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

  • Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests, including on-call duties for critical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.

Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure secure and appropriate access to data and features.
  • Implement security policies and audit controls.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Document incidents and resolutions for knowledge sharing.

What We Expect

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency with Power BI / Excel / Microsoft tools.
  • Working experience on ServiceNow: Cases, Requests, CSM Portal, Reporting.
  • Working experience on ServiceNow: Ticket creation, Ticket Categorization, Solution Delivery, Reporting and Analysis.
  • Proficiency with Co-pilot, AI tools and agentic workflow implementations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to suggest and implement process improvements based on feedback and analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • ITIL Foundation – Preferred
  • Amenable to work in a mid-shift schedule (5:30pm – 2:30am Manila time)
