The PC&L Receiving Technician is responsible for accepting, unloading, and processing all incoming shipments, inspecting items for damage or discrepancies, and accurately updating inventory records. This role involves maintaining detailed records, sorting, labeling, and safely storing items, sometimes operating equipment like forklifts. The technician will also coordinate with suppliers and other departments, ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Requirements include an engineering or related degree, 2-4 years of experience, bilingual English proficiency, data analysis, problem-solving, and experience with SAP, Microsoft, Outlook, inventory, MRP, and shipment management.
Must Have:- Accept, unload, and process all incoming shipments.
- Inspect incoming items for damage or discrepancies and compare content with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Accurately update inventory records and maintain stock levels.
- Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Sort, label, and safely store items, occasionally operating equipment like forklolds.
- Comply with all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers, supervisors, and other departments.
- Engineering or related degree (Commerce or Administration).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the position or equivalent.
- 100% Bilingual English.
