Overseas Contractor

This role is for an Overseas Contractor to implement Brazil tax localization on SAP ECC for the Rivulis Project. The objective is to ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax regulations, integrate with existing SAP ECC modules (FI, MM, SD), and enable real-time reporting and audit readiness. The scope includes analyzing fiscal mandates, configuring SAP ECC for CBS, IBS, and Excise Tax, implementing Nota Fiscal and SPED Fiscal workflows, and supporting EFD file generation.

Must Have

• Implement Brazil tax localization on SAP ECC.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax regulations.
• Integrate with Rivulis existing SAP ECC modules FI, MM, SD.
• Enable real-time reporting and audit readiness.
• Configure SAP ECC to support CBS, IBS, and Excise Tax.
• Implement Nota Fiscal and SPED Fiscal workflows.
• Support for EFD file generation and digital signature.
• Update MM and SD pricing rules.
• Provide testing, training, and go-live support.

Rivulis Project need SD consultant at Brazil to carry out Tax reform work

Brazils tax landscape is undergoing major reform including

• CBS and IBS taxes under Constitutional Amendment No 1322023
• Nota Fiscal electronic invoicing updates per Nota Tcnica 2025002
• SPED Fiscal reporting via EFD
• SAPs latest compliance adaptation enabling CBSIBS processing with zero rates

Objective

• Implement Brazil tax localization on SAP ECC including Nota Fiscal SPED and eSocial
• Pricing Calculation Schema TAXBRA
• SEFAZ communication using KERIX
• Ensure compliance with federal state and municipal tax regulations
• Integrate with Rivulis existing SAP ECC modules FI MM SD
• DANFE form changes up to 2
• Enable realtime reporting and audit readiness
• Minimize disruption to ongoing operations
