Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Equipment Design Engineer)
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for highly skilled and innovative manufacturing engineering engineers. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing engineering solutions, focusing on automation, software integration, and process optimization.
- Discuss concept designs with the team
- Conduct basic experiments to solidify concepts
- Create specifications and estimates for manufacturing equipment
- Place orders with external suppliers (manufacturing equipment manufacturers)
- Evaluate and check functions of equipment prototypes
- Transfer lines to overseas mass production sites (Thailand) and launch mass production lines
- After launching mass production lines, perform in-house maintenance for troubles and improvement proposals
- Tool design for new products, discussions with the development department, and ordering from external suppliers
- Evaluate and check functions of prototype tools for new products
Qualifications
Required Experience, Qualifications, Skills
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree or higher
- Mechanical design experience (within the last 1 year)
- Experience in developing production equipment
- No resistance to using English (目安: TOEIC score of 500 or higher)
- Practical experience is not required, but reading and writing (specifications/emails) are essential for work, and participation in English meetings is also required, so business-level skills are more desirable.
- Business level Japanese or higher
Desirable Skills
- Experience in equipment design, setup, and improvement
- Mechanical design experience using Solid Works CAD
- Experience using PLC (Mitsubishi)

Job Summary
- Estimated Annual Income: 6,000,000 JPY to 8,000,000 JPY
- Monthly salary: 290,000 JPY or more (determined based on experience and skills)
- Fixed bonus by qualification (twice a year), incentive (twice a year)
- If discretionary labor system is chosen, discretionary work allowance will be paid.

- Work Location Details: 1 Kirihara-cho, Fujisawa-shi, Kanagawa (10 minutes by bus from Shonandai Station)
- Working Hours: 8:45 - 17:15 (1 hour break) * 7 hours 30 minutes/day actual work
- For flexible work system: Standard working hours 7 hours 30 minutes / Core time 11:00-15:00
- For discretionary labor system: Professional work type / Deemed working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes/day
- Determined individually based on the content and manner of duties performed.
Allowances
- Commuting allowance (up to 150,000 JPY/month)
- Commuting by train, bus, or private car is allowed (gasoline expenses paid)
- Allowance for those who need to relocate for employment * According to company regulations
- Relocation allowance (Single/Individual: 450,000 JPY, Family accompanied: 750,000 JPY)
- Rent subsidy (up to 6 years from joining)
