Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician will be responsible for various functions within the industrial engineering domain. Key duties include performing labor revisions, reviewing drawings for engineering changes, and assessing equipment impact from such changes. The role involves preparing reports for new part numbers and engineering changes, validating time studies, and making necessary manual adjustments. Additionally, the technician will execute follow-up meetings and manage the implementation and release processes for engineering changes, ensuring project timelines are maintained and coordinating with multiple departments.
Must have:
  • Perform labor revisions for business
  • Review drawings for any Engineering Change
  • Assess equipment impact for any engineering changes (ECM or CRs)
  • Prepare reports for new part numbers and/or engineering changes related to labor points
  • Validate time studies and make manual adjustments when required
  • Execute follow up meetings
  • Implement and release process for Engineering Changes
  • Maintain Project timelines for internal usage
  • Work with multiple departments to coordinate business projects
Good to have:
  • Industrial Engineering career or similar

Industrial Engineering career or similar.

Competencies and required skills

  • Good Level of English proficiency is a must (60% or higher).
  • 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Systems.
  • Experience with manufacturing documentation PFMEA, PFD, GANT, MSD. Maintain Project timelines for internal usage.
  • Work with multiple departments to coordinate business projects.
  • Knowledge in Manufacturing Systems Work content and Cycle time definition.

General Functions

  • Drawing revision for any Engineering Change.
  • Equipment impact for any engineering changes (ECM or CRs)
  • Prepare reports for new part numbers and/or engineering changes related to labor points.
