Job Description

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will contribute to optimizing costs within Electrical Distribution System plants in the EMEA region. Your role involves standardizing sales operations processes across OEMs and increasing synergies across customers. Key responsibilities include calculating pricing, tracking profitability and revenue, managing quotations, monitoring performance indicators, identifying process improvements, coordinating departments for customer satisfaction, ensuring data consistency, and supporting program quotes and various day-to-day sales activities.
Must have:
  • Calculate pricing levels on a continuous basis according to price formulas.
  • Support the Sales Account Manager in tracking profitability and revenue growth.
  • Manage quotations and tracking data for new/running business.
  • Monitor key sales and business performance indicators and trends.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems.
  • Coordinate and follow up with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assure data consistency between Forecast and SPS / BBP.
  • Support Program Quote: understand cost and calculate price according to model.
  • Support the Sales Account Manager with quotations for new business and change management.
  • Support the Sales Account Manager with various day-to-day activities (purchase orders, invoicing).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated achievements.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding teamwork skills and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Details

Your Role :

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will contribute to optimize costs within the Electrical Distribution System plants based on EMEA region while ensuring a standardization of sales operations processes across OEMs and increasing synergies across customers.

  • Calculate the pricing levels on a continuous basis on the account according to price formulas defined by the Sales Account Manager.
  • Support the Sales Account Manager in tracking profitability and revenue growth in the product line.
  • Manage with quotations and tracking data for new/running business.
  • Monitor key sales and business performance indicators and trends to support on driving strategic and tactical business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and follow up with different department to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assure data consistency between Forecast and SPS / BBP (price, metal, hours)
  • Support Program Quote: understand cost and calculate price according model.
  • Support the Sales Account Manager with quotations for new business and change management
  • Support the Sales Account Manager with various day-to-day activities ( purshase orders, invoicing etc..)
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency (automation).

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated achievements
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and management capabilities
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding teamwork skills and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
