The Sr. Wave Soldering Engineer will design and develop new product processes, improve tooling, ensure process stability for new products, and enhance output and quality of mass-produced items. Responsibilities include developing equipment programs, setting process parameters, creating work instructions, and training staff. The role also involves repairing and maintaining various workshop machinery like WS, SWS, COATING, screw machines, hot melt machines, and laser welding equipment, as well as responding to customer audits.
Good To Have:- Familiarity with SMT/WS/SWS/FA processes and equipment.
- Automotive electronics work abilities.

- 5+ years in machine and equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in electronic components and welding techniques.
- Knowledge of welding materials and Profile operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in English communication.
