Job Summary
Rovio is looking for a Marketing Artist to join their team in Izmir, Turkey. This role involves being the artistic force behind marketing campaigns, designing compelling visuals for games across all platforms. The artist will create 2D assets like banners and social media ads, craft short-form video content, and optimize creative assets based on feedback. The position requires ensuring designs align with brand identity and staying updated on industry trends in game marketing and design.
Must Have
- Create visually compelling 2D assets for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Growth team on campaign goals and target audiences.
- Craft and edit short-form video content and banners for ads.
- Optimize creative assets using A/B testing and feedback.
- Ensure designs align with brand visual identity.
- Stay updated on game marketing and design trends.
- Experience with 2D asset creation for digital marketing, preferably mobile games.
- Understand mobile games industry from design and marketing perspectives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Creative visual storytelling with high-quality output under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in Turkish.
Good to Have
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Experience in animation and motion graphics
- Familiarity with mobile game marketing and user acquisition strategies
- Knowledge of 3D software (like Blender or Maya)

Are you a creative enthusiast with a passion for visual storytelling? We're looking for a Marketing Artist to join our team in Izmir!
You'll be the artistic force behind our marketing campaigns, ensuring our games look their absolute best across all platforms. This is a role where you'll design visuals that truly connect with our audiences and drive incredible results.
We're looking for someone who is ready to join us on-site in Izmir, Turkey, as we currently don't offer remote opportunities. If you are in Turkey, we offer domestic relocation support.
You will have impact and fun at work by:
- Creating visually compelling 2D assets, like eye-catching banners, social media ads, and promotional materials that people can't ignore.
- Collaborating with our Growth team to truly understand campaign goals and target audiences, making sure your art is always on point.
- Crafting and editing exciting short-form video content and banners specifically for social media and ad campaigns.
- Using your empathetic and responsive mindset to optimize creative assets based on A/B testing and feedback loops, continuously improving performance.
- Being a supportive guardian of our brand, ensuring all your designs align perfectly with the visual identity of our games.
- Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in game marketing and design.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- You have experience creating stunning 2D assets for digital marketing campaigns, such as animations, videos, and banners, preferably within the mobile games industry.
- Good understanding of the mobile games industry both from design and marketing perspectives.
- You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, and excited to use these tools to create impactful artwork.
- You have a creative and enthusiastic approach to visual storytelling, with the ability to maintain high-quality output while working with tight deadlines
- You have excellent communication and collaborative skills, thriving when working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You possess strong proficiency in both verbal and written Turkish.
It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in animation and motion graphics to bring assets to life.
- Familiarity with mobile game marketing and user acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of 3D software (like Blender or Maya) is a supportive plus, but not required.
