Position Overview:

Felix & Paul Studios is seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Marketing  & Communication Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our immersive mixed reality attraction in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity to promote an award-winning, boundary-pushing entertainment experience that blends storytelling, innovation, and cutting-edge virtual reality. As Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for driving awareness, foot traffic, ticket sales, and engagement across all consumer and partner touchpoints. You will be a critical part of the senior team with growing the strategy, visibility and profitability of the attraction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive attendance, revenue, and brand visibility.

  • Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, search, email, and influencer partnerships.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and our PR agency, media outlets, and local tourism boards to generate press coverage and promotional opportunities.

  • Build strategic partnerships with Las Vegas hotels, concierges, event organizers, DMCs, and entertainment affiliates.

  • Oversee content creation for web, social media, email, and in-attraction screens to reflect the brand’s immersive storytelling.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI using analytics tools.

  • Manage the marketing budget, timelines, and vendor relationships.

  • Coordinate with internal creative, sales, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals and guest experience.

  • Act as a brand ambassador at events, trade shows, and promotional activations.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or tourism.

  • Proven success in digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and influencer marketing.

  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

  • Creative thinker with strong project management and communication skills.

  • Passion for immersive entertainment, technology, and storytelling.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
