About the Role:
You’ll join a fast-growing, innovative sports-tech company that’s redefining the fantasy football experience for fans around the world. As the Marketing & Community Lead (US), you will spearhead the launch of our official fantasy platform for Major League Soccer in January 2026. This is your opportunity to combine strategic marketing, creative storytelling, and hands-on community building to shape the voice, presence, and growth of our brand in the US market.
You’ll work at the exciting intersection of sports, technology, and fan culture—owning initiatives end-to-end, from acquisition to retention. You will engage directly with passionate football fans, create high-impact campaigns, and build a vibrant, loyal community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, innovation, and making a visible impact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of US marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and partner channels.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage co-marketing opportunities with clubs, players, and media outlets.
- Create and publish original, high-quality US-specific content (short-form videos, graphics, reels, stories) for MLS, La Liga, and Baller League social channels.
- Drive community-building initiatives, including creator collaborations, direct fan engagement, and loyalty programs.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on actionable insights.
- Support retention strategies through engaging community formats and targeted communications.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and impact.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in sports, gaming, or entertainment.
- Deep knowledge of MLS and the US soccer market, with an existing network or strong market insights.
- Familiarity with fantasy sports platforms and fan engagement behaviors.
- Proven ability to both create compelling content hands-on and develop effective community strategies.
- Expertise in CleverTap, Adjust, and Google Analytics.
- Strong skills in content production, social copywriting, and digital storytelling.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Deep understanding of US soccer culture and its diverse fan communities.
- Ability to provide creative direction, brief stakeholders, and evaluate content assets.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
