3. Responsible for liaising with internal and external production departments, following up on the entire PGC content production process, and being accountable for the output results.
4. Necessary daily workflow follow-up and processing, cooperating with multiple departments for material production, including but not limited to videos, graphics, web pages, and merchandise.
1. Directing/Editing major preferred, basic understanding of video production, good aesthetic sense, excellent writing skills, novel writing experience a plus.
2. Love female-oriented games, ACG, and other youth culture trends.
3. Heavy user of mainstream platforms like Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, with a keen sense and judgment for internet hot topics and marketing innovation.
4. Creative, passionate about games, film, animation, with a strong desire to create.
5. Good at grasping video rhythm and artistic sense; deep understanding of camera language.
6. Strong communication skills and self-drive, capable of proactively delivering high-quality work results.
7. Content creation experience a plus, portfolio can be attached.
