3. Help other team members improve animation quality.
4. Understand motion capture processes, use Motionbuilder to process motion capture data, and perform secondary creation.
5. Develop work plans and collaborate closely with other teams.
1. Solid foundation in art, color theory knowledge, animation major preferred.
2. Love games, film and television, with rich gaming experience, or strong interest in game development.
3. Strong creative desire and ability to accurately express design intentions.
