Overview of Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and proactive Coordinator in our Marketing department to support our global project manager and marketing team in executing diverse marketing strategies. This role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation across various projects, from planning to final execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with multiple teams to drive global success for our game, ensuring that marketing initiatives are effectively coordinated and delivered on time.
What you’ll do here:
Support and facilitate clear communication with the global marketing team ensuring that objectives are aligned.
Assist in planning, executing and monitoring global projects, ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Maintain and update meeting/campaign calendar across the teams.
Track and follow up on tasks to ensure plans are on track and raise any risks or blockers early on.
Partner with cross-functional teams including production, finance, business insights, community, and player support.
Support with scheduling meetings, taking notes, assigning action items.
Help with managing project documentation, and coordinating with internal and external partners.

Ability to collaborate across functions to align stakeholders of marketing projects
Self-starter
Nice to Haves:
Experience in Jira/Confluence
Game Industry experience
Experience working with a global team across multiple time zones
Adept at making presentations

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $62,000 to $74,000 USD annually,
with the opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. This salary is an estimate,
and the actual salary may vary based on the geographic location, job-related knowledge,
skills and experience, and the Company's compensation practices.
