Job Description

This is a hands-on role for a curious, organized, and motivated individual. You will support daily marketing and communications tasks, while contributing fresh ideas to refine Newzoo's presence, especially on LinkedIn. Responsibilities include drafting and scheduling LinkedIn content, supporting monthly newsletters, updating website pages, tracking social media coverage and marketing metrics, assisting with report launches, press outreach, and events, maintaining content timelines, researching social and B2B content trends, and exploring new platforms for brand visibility. This role offers exposure to PR, comms, and strategic marketing.

About the role:

This is a hands-on role for a curious, organized, and motivated person. You’ll support daily marketing and comms tasks, while contributing fresh ideas to help refine our presence, especially on LinkedIn.

Your responsibilities:

  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn content (sole social channel);
  • Support monthly newsletters and contact list management in Hubspot;
  • Update team and content pages on the website;
  • Track and summarize social media coverage and marketing metrics;
  • Help team for report launches, press outreach, and events;
  • Keep content timelines and calendars updated;
  • Research trends in social, B2B content, and digital comms;
  • Explore potential new platforms for brand visibility (e.g., Reddit, YouTube Shorts, Substack, Discord, etc.).

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) or higher;
  • Excellent written and verbal English (C2);
  • Strong attention to detail and tone;
  • Interest in communications, branding, and the games or tech industry;
  • Curious and proactive;
  • Comfortable using or learning HubSpot, Notion, Canva, Microsoft 360;
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and interested in how companies use it.

Bonus:

  • Experience writing for a professional audience;
  • Awareness of B2B marketing strategies;
  • Examples of clear, concise writing.
