This role will support the execution of Bragg's marketing strategy across Europe and Rest-of-World regions, focusing on promoting iGaming technology, coordinating events, and creating multimedia content. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and support strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include contributing to marketing strategy execution, collaborating with commercial and product teams, developing multimedia content, assisting in event management, managing award submissions, updating website content, and coordinating with global marketing colleagues. The role also involves supporting investor relations, internal communications, and additional marketing tasks as needed.

Job Details

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role supports the execution of Bragg’s marketing strategy across Europe and Rest-of-World regions, with a focus on promoting innovative iGaming technology, coordinating events, and creating impactful multimedia content. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and support strategic growth initiatives.


This role offers hybrid working from our Ljubljana office. 


Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the execution of Bragg’s marketing strategy, in line with company strategic objectives, in Europe and Rest-of-World regions (“RoW”: everywhere outside the Americas), and for global marketing projects as required
  • Collaborate with commercial and product teams responsible for European and RoW markets, to support sales initiatives, such as RFPs, presentations, and strategic business development, focused on Bragg’s iGaming technology solutions, including PAM, HUB and Fuze™
  • Develop compelling multimedia content that showcases Bragg’s iGaming technology products in line with marketing plans, highlighting unique selling points (USPs), while collaborating closely with internal teams including copywriters, designers, developers, product teams, and sales associates
  • Assist in organizing and managing Bragg’s presence at industry events, such as trade fairs and conferences, and hospitality events in Europe and RoW. Including travel, from time to time, to manage events on location
  • Help manage award entry submissions for Europe and RoW, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Maintain and update website content and presentations, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing strategy
  • Coordinate with global marketing colleagues, including those focused on North America, LatAm, Communications, Affiliates, and Design, to ensure integrated messaging and campaign delivery.
  • Supporting investor relations with presentations and publications as required
  • Working closely with HR to support internal communications and culture
  • Additional marketing tasks to support company strategic goals in Europe, RoW or globally as required

  • Strong people skills, able to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders of different levels of seniority, different personality types and different cultures
  • Willingness to travel for industry events or to Bragg’s offices located in other countries
  • Previous experience working in the iGaming industry is an advantage
