We’re looking for a collaborative, and results-oriented Regional Director for Europe to help guide Bragg’s strategic growth and operational success across key European markets. In this leadership role, you’ll play a critical part in driving commercial performance, fostering strong client partnerships, and supporting our continued expansion in the region. We're seeking someone with a strong understanding of the European iGaming landscape, a proven ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments, and the relationship-building skills to connect with partners and teams across cultures and markets.
Your responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for developing, implementing and delivering the regional commercial strategy and collaborating with the Commercial Product Directors where required.
- Lead, mentor and develop the regional account management team fostering a high performance culture.
- Own, develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the key customers and their commercial and strategic requirements to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained within the region.
- Work closely with the Commercial Product teams and Commercial Operations teams to ensure cohesive efforts and optimal outcomes when it comes to meeting the strategy, sales and customer targets.
- When required, collaborate with other Regional Directors to align and decide on priorities and business strategies for the greater good of meeting the business goals.
- Have responsibility for all financial aspects of the Western European region, including current and following years’ revenue and financial targets, goals and deliverables.
- Actively create and build the reputation of Bragg Gaming to be one of the leaders in iGaming for the Western European region by representing Bragg at industry events as the face of Bragg.
- Responsible for business development opportunities that are consistent with the regional strategy for revenue growth through partnerships or new initiatives or other strategic projects that expand market presence.
- Develop, implement and manage regional Sales strategy to ensure that the unit identifies and optimises a path to aggressive growth.
What you bring to the team:
- Expert knowledge of the products applicable to the Western European i-gaming market
- Expert knowledge of the European i-gaming market and customers operating within the market.
- Proven leadership and commercial experience at a senior level within the i-gaming industry.
- Proven ability to build, nurture and maintain exceptional relationships.
- Existing relationships within the European i-gaming market to quicken the achievement of the Bragg strategy.
- Outstanding written and verbal communicator, with an ability to simply and concisely explain complex issues
- Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunities with stakeholders, achieving consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overall business priorities.
- Ability to work within tight and unpredictable timescales.
- Can motivate and engage employees, teams and departments.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated, flexible and tactical
- Ability to act with gravitas to earn the confidence of customers, industry representatives and employees.
