Sofar Sounds is seeking a Marketing Manager for New York City to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns. The role involves building brand awareness, deepening engagement, and driving growth through multi-channel marketing tactics. The Manager will work closely with the Experiences team and report to the NYC General Manager. Key responsibilities include developing local content marketing strategies, managing merchandising on the website, executing social media strategies including video content and community management, creating email and SMS copy, running boosted social media campaigns, activating local partners, and monitoring campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in artist discovery, live events, or experiences, with a strong understanding of social media communication and cultural trends. Storytelling, copywriting, and social media content creation skills are essential. Experience with community management, photo/video editing (Canva, Capcut), and project management is also required. This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract position requiring on-call, night, and weekend availability.
