The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel’s brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and position the property as a leading luxury destination in Cancún. This role oversees digital marketing, branding, PR, advertising, and promotional campaigns while ensuring alignment with the hotel’s business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing the hotel's brand identity, leading digital marketing efforts such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising, and engaging on social media. The role also involves collaborating with media outlets for PR, planning advertising campaigns, creating compelling content, and tracking performance analytics to optimize marketing efforts.

- Familiarity with hotel PMS/CRS systems
- Relationships with travel agencies, influencers, media
Must Have:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality
- 5+ years of marketing experience in luxury hotels/resorts
- Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
