Job Description

The Marketing Manager (B2B), Japan plays a key role in engaging app developers, advertisers, and other potential customers while further positioning Mistplay as a leader in the mobile ad-tech industry. The position’s primary objective is to build out and manage a robust corporate/B2B strategy to raise brand awareness and lead generation through content, event, public relations, and social media. Ultimately acquire new clients and drive revenue for the company. You will report to the Marketing Team Lead and collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing department, commercial team and other stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Plan & execute omnichannel marketing to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to build Mistplay’s corporate reputation locally, including thought leadership, social media and speaking opportunities.
  • Organize local events, digital activities, or other initiatives to drive company awareness and lead generation.
  • Foster strong relationships with the media, influential figures, and potential agencies to help secure earned placements.
  • Create and localize blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, infographics or other engaging sales enablement content.
  • Define KPI goals for all initiatives, then monitor and report performance of direct and indirect impact on a regular cadence to company stakeholders.

What you’ll do at Misplay

What you’ll bring to Mistplay

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, public relations or a related field
  • Enthusiastic with a passion for excellence, creativity, and problem-solving
  • Strong project-management skills with attention to details and deadlines
  • Proven track record of growing qualified B2B leads or executing successful PR campaigns
  • Strong drive for self-initiative and fast learning, enabling one to readily take charge and adapt in our rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain impactful relationships externally and internally
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English. Multi Asian language skill sets are a plus
  • Knowledge of the global tech industry, mobile advertising, or gaming is a plus.
