As a Senior Motion Designer I at Mistplay, you will create compelling graphic and video assets for B2C and B2B marketing. You will design and produce high-quality graphics and video content across various marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Mistplay's strategic objectives and performance metrics. You will brainstorm and pitch innovative concepts for paid ads and organic social posts. You will also oversee the entire creative process, manage a creative pipeline, and build relationships with UGC creators. The role requires a creative vision, analytical mindset, and experience within the mobile games and marketing industry.
Must have:
  • 4-5+ years of experience in a design agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma.
  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.

As a Senior Motion Designer I at Mistplay, you will play an instrumental role in elevating our marketing operations through exceptional creativity and design expertise. Your primary focus will be to conceive and produce compelling graphic and video assets that enhance our B2C and B2B marketing functions. You will report to the Manager of User Acquisition and collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Production: Design and produce high-quality graphics and video content across various marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Mistplay's strategic objectives and performance metrics.
Innovation: Continuously brainstorm and pitch innovative concepts for both paid ads and organic social posts, using key insights and creative best practices to maximize engagement and impact.
Leadership: Take the lead in a wide array of marketing projects, ranging from user acquisition ads to social media content and app store assets.
Creative Process Management: Oversee and guide the entire creative process from ideation to final production, ensuring each project meets Mistplay’s quality standards.
Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest advertising trends in the mobile gaming and ad tech industry, ensuring Mistplay stays ahead of the curve.
Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage a creative pipeline to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Relationship Cultivation: Identify, recruit, and build relationships with UGC creators, vendors, and agencies to amplify marketing campaigns and broaden creative initiatives.

Qualifications:
Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in an in-house, ad agency/digital agency, or graphic design agency with a proven track record of delivering impactful marketing content.
Versatile skills in video editing, motion design, and graphic design, with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma.
A powerful blend of creative vision and analytical mindset aimed at exploring and testing new ideas.
Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.
Experience within the mobile games and marketing industry is highly desired.
