You're a marketer with experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans. This role will be responsible for leading regional marketing initiatives for our Equities, Crypto and FX asset class. You have a strong orientation toward analytics, business outcomes and the use of emerging technologies -including AI - to drive more impactful marketing decisions.
The successful candidate will be able to prioritize, plan and place into market multiple integrated campaigns leveraging our internal creative, digital, education and analytics marketing teams – tracking results from planning to execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration across teams is crucial to success.
This position will report to Sr. Director of Product Marketing
Key Accountabilities:
Design and execute integrated marketing strategies to grow volumes and client participation across Financial products
Leverage data insights and AI tools to understand customer behavior, segment users, personalize outreach and optimize campaign performance
Translate insights into actionable campaign strategies that drive business outcomes - product adoption, volume growth and increased market share
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and event strategy with clear KPIs and ROI
Generate and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through targeted campaigns and content marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Business Line Managers, Sales, Research) to deliver timely and impactful communications, content, and events that drive engagement with clients and prospects
Monitor KPIs, analyze market feedback, and iterate campaigns based on real-time data
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in marketing role
Strong data orientation - experience in using analytical tools, marketing dashboards, or campaign tracking platforms
Proven ability to translate marketing efforts into business results
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience

Flexible hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office
