Job Description

As Marketing Manager Social Media DACH (all genders), you will be responsible for all activities and communication for the tonies community in the DACH region. You will develop campaigns, promotions, and all content, drive community engagement, and ensure our social media strategy is always up-to-date. You will continuously adapt measures based on KPIs and insights, working closely with global and local teams.
Must have:

  • Oversee production of photo, video, and reel content.
  • Analyze KPIs and optimize social media performance.
  • Manage external agencies and influencers.

  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams on social media strategy.

##### You as part of tonies:

As Marketing Manager Social Media DACH (all genders), you will be responsible for all activities and communication for the tonies community in the DACH region. You will develop campaigns, promotions, and all content, drive community engagement, and ensure our social media strategy is always up-to-date. You will continuously adapt measures based on KPIs and insights.

##### Your tasks include:

  • Community Engagement: You build a lively community and foster interaction on our channels.
  • Social Media Campaign Strategy: You plan and implement social media campaigns that perfectly match our marketing initiatives, seasonal events, and product launches - with the goal of increasing engagement, brand love, and visibility.
  • Content Planning: You maintain a detailed editorial plan that ensures timely and relevant posts and optimally addresses our target group.
  • Content Production: Together with our agency partners and creators, you ensure the development of photo, video, and reel content that truly resonates with our DACH community.
  • Analytical Insights: You track KPIs, derive concrete recommendations for action, and continuously optimize our performance and reach.
  • Agency & Influencer Management: You manage external agencies and influencers to tell strong brand stories.
  • Creative Content Development: You ensure the development of photo, video, and reel content that truly resonates with our DACH community.
  • Crisis Management: You are responsible for the social media crisis plan to react quickly and professionally in an emergency.
  • Trend Spotting: You regularly observe social media trends, new platforms, and our competition to deliver fresh and relevant content.
  • Team Player: You are the first point of contact for social media in the DACH region, work closely with global and local teams, and proactively contribute ideas for the further development of our social media presence.

##### What we expect from you:

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in the consumer brands, lifestyle, or FMCG sector.
  • You are confident, assertive, and can present your ideas convincingly.
  • You have a good sense for community needs and know how to sustainably increase interaction and engagement.
  • You are well-versed in content formats (photo, video, reels) and common social media platforms.
  • You are proficient in KPI tracking, can analyze data, and derive clear recommendations for action.
  • You are creative, trend-conscious, and enjoy bringing in, trying out, and developing new ideas.
  • You work in a structured manner, organize yourself, and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
  • You have experience working with agencies and influencers.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English and are a true team player who also works well cross-functionally.
