Job Summary

Job Description

As Harvey’s first marketing operations hire, you will lead us in optimizing our marketing efforts, ensuring efficiency, and driving measurable results. The role involves building and managing foundational marketing systems, processes, and reporting to enable scalable build, test, and optimization of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of implementing successful strategies and managing complex projects.
Must have:
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack — primarily Marketo, as well as other integrated tools
  • Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across marketing and sales
  • Manage the lead lifecycle process and systems, from lead capture to routing, scoring, and nurturing
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing page creation, and lead generation initiatives
  • Oversee data integrity, segmentation, and compliance within marketing systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI

The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of implementing successful strategies and managing complex projects.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack — primarily Marketo, as well as other integrated tools — and evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption
  • Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across marketing and sales
  • Manage the lead lifecycle process and systems, from lead capture to routing, scoring, and nurturing
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing page creation, and lead generation initiatives
  • Oversee data integrity, segmentation, and compliance within marketing systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI

What You have

  • 5-9 years of in marketing operations roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Deep expertise with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing production timelines across multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
