Job Description

As a Marketing Science Analyst, you will leverage your 2-3 years of experience to design, build, and automate analyses, reports, and dashboards. You will define and implement tracking tags, gather data from third-party platforms, and assist in developing measurement strategies. This contract role requires a curious individual who understands how marketing science integrates into projects, focusing on areas like tracking, reporting, data visualization, and statistical modeling, while effectively communicating complex insights.
Good To Have:
  • M.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field
  • Interest in the ideation, development, and analysis of split and multivariate testing
  • Familiarity with API techniques and required languages
  • Familiarity with machine learning models and techniques, with ability to ideate and develop them
Must Have:
  • 2-3 years of experience owning marketing science deliverables
  • Focus on at least two of: tracking and measurement, implementation, reporting, data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration, or statistical modeling
  • Understanding of main digital marketing channels
  • B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field (economics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management)
  • Experience providing clear & concise recommendations
  • Experience with statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods
  • Experience with 1+ digital analytics platforms (Google or Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with 1+ testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target)
  • Experience with 1+ visualization platforms (Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, Datorama)
  • Ability to obtain a Level 2 Security Clearance
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident

As a Marketing Science Analyst, your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how marketing science fits in the big picture of a project. You bring in 2 to 3 years of experience, owning marketing science deliverables across a broad range of initiatives, and focusing on at least two of the following areas: tracking and measurement, implementation, reporting, data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration, or statistical modeling. You understand the nature and purpose of the main digital marketing channels, enjoy collaborating with others, and are able to communicate clearly and effectively.

You will:

  • Design, build and automate analyses, reports, dashboards and other deliverables
  • Define, implement and validate tracking tags/codes across multiple digital platforms
  • Gather data through various third-party platforms and ensure compliance with data governance protocols
  • Assist in the ideation, development and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks
  • Manage multiple deliverables with the ability to seamlessly transition among them
  • Communicate complex analysis in an effective easy-to-understand manner
  • Use methodical thinking to document requirements, define implementation, and identify methods to improve process

You have:

  • B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field, including, but not limited to economics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management, with M.S. degree preferred
  • Experience in providing clear & concise recommendations
  • Experience working with statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods
  • Experience with 1 or more digital analytics platforms: Google or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with 1 or more testing platforms: Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc., and interest in the ideation, development, and analysis of split and multivariate testing
  • Experience with one or more visualization platforms: Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, Datorama, etc.
  • Familiarity with API techniques and the languages required to support client and account needs
  • Familiarity with machine learning models and techniques, with ability to ideate and develop machine learning models that support client needs
  • Understanding of the main forms of digital marketing and how they differ

This position requires candidates to obtain a Level 2 Security Clearance in accordance with U.S. government regulations. As such, only U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) are eligible to apply.

Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$45 - $50 USD
