As a Material Handler I at IGT, you will play a crucial, hands-on role in our Reno logistics operations. Working under direct supervision, you will be responsible for tasks that are vital to maintaining the organization and efficiency of our Raw Materials Warehouse. This position demands keen attention to detail, as you will be instrumental in ensuring that materials are accurately and efficiently managed.
 

  • Complete cycle count documents using RF equipment.
  • Perform plant-to-plant movement of inventory.
  • Restock pallets and floor picking locations.
  • Consolidate inventory and perform key bin-to-bin movements.
  • Reconfigure beams and mesh for inventory slotting needs.
  • Utilize computer systems to document and manage logistics tasks.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, turrets, pickers, and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience in logistics or warehousing.
  • Capable of lifting and maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform basic inventory control math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to use a computer for essential tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, turrets, pickers, and pallet jacks.
  • Must be able to commit to a full-time 5:00PM to 3:30AM shift.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this position is $18/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
