Data Operations Manager

As the Data Operations Manager supporting Varonis Managed Detection and Incident Response initiatives, you will be responsible for understanding the data we have, initiating dashboards and metrics, and implementing them with engineering support or independently. You must have proven data analytics and data engineering experience, with a preference for experience in Grafana, PowerBI, and SQL.

Responsibilities:

· Enhance visibility and reporting into the operations and activities of the MDDR and IR teams.

· Enhance visibility and reporting into security and business outcomes of the MDDR and IR teams.

· Prepare planning analysis for strategic, capacity, and priority targets.

· Partner with cross-functional teams that address process improvement, enablement, and performance measurement.

· Identify trends, behaviors, and operations requiring improvement.

· Improve efficiency of MDDR and IR team operations.

· Maintain, develop, and improve dashboard & visibility efforts in Grafana, Salesforce, PowerBI, and other similar platforms..

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years experience in an operations/strategy/analytics role.

· Proven data analytics and data engineering experience.

· Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Familiarity navigating ambiguity and demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives.

· Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and proactively follow through.

· Experience and advanced skills with Grafana, PowerBI, SQL, and Salesforce (or similar platforms).
