Job Description

The Mechatronics Engineer at Disneyland Paris will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of show equipment across the park. Key responsibilities include defining corrective actions for equipment malfunctions, developing and monitoring mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, commissioning animatronics, conducting field surveys for technical studies, creating and verifying technical documentation, troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with various teams, providing expertise on existing and future intelligent mechanisms, and managing subcontracting efforts. The role demands a strong understanding of mechatronics and experience in troubleshooting complex systems within a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Mechatronics Engineering degree (Bac+5)
  • 3+ years experience in mechatronics (ideally automotive)
  • CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, Solidworks)
  • Troubleshooting complex systems
  • Collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • English (B2 level)

Job Description:

Tous les jours, notre département Maintenance relève des challenges techniques passionnants. Un seul but : assurer le bon fonctionnement de toutes les activités/attractions/bâtiments du parc et ainsi permettre à nos visiteurs de s’amuser tout au long de l’année, en toute sécurité.

Au sein d’une équipe d’ingénieurs mécaniciens et sous la responsabilité du Manager Ingénierie, vous fournissez des services, conseils ou programmes afin d’améliorer de façon continue les équipements show, dans le domaine de la sécurité, fiabilité, maintenabilité et performance opérationnelles que Disney a décidé d’offrir à ses clients en respectant les cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité. 

Vos Missions ?

  • Définir des conditions restrictives et les actions correctives à mettre en œuvre en cas de fonctionnement dégradé des équipements show mécaniques sur l’ensemble du parc
  • Mettre en marche, développer et surveiller le fonctionnement des équipements mécaniques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques…
  • Mettre en service, développer et surveiller les figurines animatroniques
  • Etablir des relevés sur le terrain permettant de proposer des études techniques optimales en accord avec les besoins des clients internes,
  • Rédiger et/ou vérifier la documentation techniques associée à chaque modification,
  • Résoudre des problèmes complexes, souvent dans des délais limités, en s’appuyant sur une polyvalence technique et une capacité à faire coopérer les différents métiers (mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique…),
  • Fournir une expertise des systèmes présents sur attraction et concevoir les futurs mécanismes intelligents,
  • Entretenir au quotidien une synergie entre les différents métiers pour développer des systèmes intelligents,
  • Etablir des modes opératoires de réparations et les plans de maintenance des figurines animatroniques,
  • Gérer la sous-traitance (Cahiers des charges, études, mises en plans, développement, notes de calculs).


Votre profil ?

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur/Bac +5 en Mécanique et Productique
  • Idéalement 3 ans d'expérience minimum en mécatronique, dans une industrie en flux tendus de type automobile, et multi-composants (roulements, vérins…)
  • Compétences en C.A.O. (Autocad, Solidworks)
  • Bon relationnel, curiosité, ouverture à l’innovation.
  • Anglais requis niveau B2
  • Maitrise de la suite Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
