Job Summary

Job Description

Nemera is a leading manufacturer of drug delivery systems with 3,000 employees and €600 million in revenue, offering innovative inhalation, injection, and pump systems. The Mechatronics Technician for Maintenance will independently manage production facilities, troubleshoot issues, create maintenance plans, and act as a contact person for all maintenance matters. Responsibilities include technical acceptance of machinery, procurement of materials, proposing new technologies, and participating in projects related to plant technology, TPM, and safety. The role also involves ensuring correct data entry in CMMS and contributing to problem-solving for quality, cost, and performance.
Must have:
  • Independent support of production facilities in all maintenance aspects
  • Troubleshooting and rectification of existing defects
  • Creation of maintenance plans, control of maintenance/cleaning execution
  • Contact person for all maintenance matters in production
  • If necessary, perform duties according to job description 'Production Maintenance Employee Level IV'
  • Technical acceptance of machinery and equipment from manufacturers, suppliers, and internal customers
  • Procurement of all necessary means and materials to maximize machine and equipment availability
  • Development of proposals for procurement and use of new maintenance technologies
  • Taking on various projects and participating in working groups for plant technology, TPM, and safety
  • Ensuring correct data entry using Maintenance Software (CMMS)
  • Initiating problem-solving for quality, cost, and performance issues
  • Participation in on-call duty as per BV, support in emergencies as per alarm plan

  • Independent support of production facilities in all aspects of maintenance:

oTroubleshooting and rectification of existing defects

oCreation of maintenance plans, control of the execution of maintenance or cleaning work

oContact person for all maintenance matters in the production area

  • If necessary, perform duties according to the job description "Production Maintenance Employee Level IV"
  • Technical acceptance of machinery and equipment from machine manufacturers, suppliers, and internal customers
  • Procurement of all necessary means and materials to keep the availability of machines and equipment as high as possible:

oin cooperation with plant contacts: demand determination, obtaining and comparing offers (price-delivery time), and corresponding documentation and evaluation

oDeployment planning of external resources (assembly assignments) in coordination with internal and external responsible parties

oAcceptance and logging of repair work and new installations

  • Development of proposals for the procurement and use of new technologies in the maintenance area
  • Taking on various projects and participating in working groups in the areas of plant technology, TPM, and safety
  • Ensuring correct data entry (input, monitoring, updating) using Maintenance Software (CMMS)
  • Initiating problem-solving reasons regarding quality, cost, and performance. Close cooperation with support functions and the Production Maintenance Team Leader (m/f)
  • Participation in on-call duty according to BV, support in emergencies according to the alarm plan

Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

  • technical training (e.g., mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or comparable technical training)
  • several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • very good knowledge in the areas of electropneumatics, PLC programming, control, and maintenance software
  • experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC)
  • experience with automation technology and PLC-controlled systems
  • proficient in problem analysis tools
  • methodological competence
  • good IT skills (MS Office; operational and material data acquisition software)
  • good German language skills, written and spoken
