Job Description

This Media Lead position involves developing and executing data-driven media plans aligned with client objectives. Responsibilities include defining audience segmentation, setting up and optimizing ad campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). You will ensure performance against KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and utilize GA4 for tracking. The role requires generating detailed performance reports and communicating effectively with clients. The ideal candidate should have experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns, expertise in media planning, and strong analytical skills. The candidate must be able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and possess excellent communication skills.
Must Have:
  • 3-4 years experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • Expertise in media planning, strategy, and execution.
  • Strong proficiency with GA4 for campaign tracking.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and derive insights.
  • Strong organizational skills for campaign management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize GA4 for comprehensive campaign tracking and insights.
  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and insights regularly.
