We’re looking for a Media Strategist who can combine sharp analytical skills with creative thinking to design and implement data-driven media plans across digital platforms. As a Media Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid media channels. You’ll partner with clients, planners, and creative teams to ensure campaigns meet business goals while driving measurable ROI.
Must Have:
  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, OTT, and emerging channels).
  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform media planning.
  • Create detailed media plans including budgets, targeting, and performance benchmarks.
  • Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions with real-time adjustments.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging with media strategies.
  • Track, measure, and report performance metrics with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on platform innovations and recommend new opportunities for clients.
  • 1 years of experience in digital media strategy and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results against KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify data for clients.

About the Role
