Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, managing documentation, and facilitating onboarding. This role involves actively sourcing candidates from various platforms, coordinating interview schedules, handling offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive hiring experience for all applicants.
Must Have:
  • End to end recruitment - sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, documentation, offer and onboarding.
  • Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen applications as per the requirement and shortlist profiles.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
  • Documentation and conducting reference checks.
  • Negotiating and sharing offer letters.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding of employees.
  • Ensure that the candidate's hiring experience is positive.
