We are seeking a Head of HR BP to join our team, focused on developing a hardcore mobile MMO with an open world using Unity. This role involves creating and optimizing HR processes, managing full-cycle HR functions from onboarding to exit, and implementing key HR projects. The ideal candidate will have mature HR experience, strong stakeholder interaction skills, and the ability to build and develop HR teams, contributing to a unique and large-scale game project.

Must Have:

  • Good understanding of business principles and the impact of HR on business results
  • Understanding the role and impact of HRBP in business, ability to work with metrics and business tasks
  • Strong skills in interacting with stakeholders (reporting, facilitation, building partnerships at all levels)
  • Experience in building and using HR analytics
  • Experience working with distributed teams, as well as from the office
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • Spoken English

We are looking for a Head of HR BP to join our team to create a hardcore MMO with an open world and advanced lichenology. One State is a hardcore mobile MMO on Unity in a realistic open-world scuttling, for its creation we use advanced technologies and approaches, develop our own solutions in the field of ECS, network, physics, graphics, etc. We have a powerful team of some of the most talented developers in the industry, which creates a game unique in its scale.

We create hardcore MMO on Unity with an open world, developing our own solutions in graphics, physics, esc and networking.

What needs to be done:

  • Participate in the development of HR strategy together with HRD;
  • Implement key HR projects — from HRMS implementation to HR brand development projects;
  • Build effective HR partnership with business, be an active participant in change management and growth;
  • Build and optimize HR processes, making them scalable and transparent;
  • Conduct focused work with blocks: performance review, total rewards management, benefit management, goal setting and other key HR areas;
  • Support and develop onboarding/offboarding processes;
  • Develop a team of HR specialists (if there are any subordinates/in the project);
  • Work with HR analytics and reporting for C-level.
