1. Deeply understand recruitment needs, responsible for demand confirmation and analysis of key positions, and complete recruitment delivery work on time and with quality.
2. Deeply research industry knowledge and key companies, be good at using various channels to expand contacts and source resumes.
3. Assist in optimizing the construction of projects such as recruitment channel management, employer branding, campus recruitment, and interviewer management.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 4+ years of recruitment experience, gaming industry background or relevant resources preferred.
2. Experience with Mapping projects is a plus, experience in recruiting high-end positions in product R&D is preferred.
3. Good at communication, able to identify excellent qualities of candidates through external communication, and able to coordinate resources well internally and promote project implementation.
