Job Summary
Sonat is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join their team. This role offers direct mentorship, hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment for the game/app industry, and opportunities to participate in major events. Responsibilities include supporting job postings, CV screening, candidate coordination, and daily pipeline updates. The intern will also be heavily involved in employer branding activities, including planning events and creating content. Candidates should be 3rd-4th year students or recent graduates in relevant fields, able to work a minimum of 28 hours/week, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Must Have
- Support posting job advertisements on job sites, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Screen CVs according to guidelines.
- Contact candidates, coordinate test & interview schedules.
- Update recruitment pipeline and candidate data daily.
- Plan and organize events to spread the recruitment brand.
- Coordinate with IC to prepare EB content, write articles, and deploy recruitment brand content.
- Support creating basic recruitment content (Canva, captions, images).
- Support preparing documents, images, references for branding activities.
- 3rd-4th year student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Marketing, PR, International Business, Economics.
- Able to work a minimum of 28 hours/week from Monday to Friday.
- Good communication skills, confident when working with candidates.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Canva.
- Basic writing skills and good content thinking.
- Event organization skills.
- Knowledge of using supporting AI tools.

- Experience in a similar position.
- Good English proficiency, international English certificate.
- Actively participate in clubs and extracurricular activities.

###### 2. RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment (45%)
- Support posting job advertisements on job sites, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Screen CVs according to guidelines
- Contact candidates, coordinate test & interview schedules.
- Update recruitment pipeline and candidate data daily.
Employer Branding (50%)
- Plan and organize events to spread the recruitment brand (workshop, career fair, company tour,…)
- Coordinate with IC to prepare EB content, write articles, and deploy recruitment brand content on company channels
- Support creating basic recruitment content (Canva, captions, images...).
- Support preparing documents, images, references for branding activities.
Other tasks (5%)
- Support general HR team activities when assigned.
###### 3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
- 3rd-4th year students or recent graduates in majors: Human Resource Management, Marketing, PR, International Business, Economics,… from top universities
- Able to work a minimum of 28h/week from Monday to Friday
- Experience in a similar position is a plus
- Good English proficiency, international English certificate is a plus.
Skills:
- Good communication, confident when working with candidates.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs; proficient in Canva.
- Basic writing skills and good content thinking.
- Event organization skills
- Knowledge of using supporting AI tools
- Actively participate in clubs and extracurricular activities during studies.
