We are looking for creative and dynamic Game Designers to join Sonat's vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for building engaging, captivating gameplay experiences by designing game systems, levels, environments, and challenge mechanisms. You will work closely with the game design team to implement and refine designs that align with the project's overall vision and goals.

WORKING HOURS
- Monday – Friday, off Saturday & Sunday
- Morning: 8:30 – 12:00 | Afternoon: 13:00 – 18:00 | Tea-break: 15:00 – 15:30
###### 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gameplay Design: Design, prototype, and implement gameplay systems that provide engaging experiences, while adhering to the creative direction and technical limitations of the project.
- Game Mechanism Integration: Collaborate with the design team to seamlessly integrate gameplay mechanisms into the system, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable player experience.
- Challenge and Puzzle Design: Create in-game challenges, puzzles, and interactive elements to increase engagement and encourage players' strategic thinking.
- Testing and Improvement: Organize playtesting sessions, gather feedback, and adjust designs to balance difficulty, pacing, and player progression for an optimal experience.
- Design Documentation: Draft detailed design documents, including diagrams, player flows, and system descriptions to support communication and collaboration with other development departments.
- Optimization: Optimize gameplay design in terms of performance and resources, considering loading times, memory usage, and hardware limitations.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Dev, Art, UA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful integration of designs into the game product, fostering a creative and cohesive working environment.
###### 3. REQUIREMENTS
K – Knowledge
- Intern/Fresher: Experience in game design or game projects, focusing on gameplay and player experience.
- Junior: At least 01 year of experience in designing casual, puzzle, or hyper-casual games.
- Proficient in game design tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or other tools.
- Deep understanding of game mechanics, game flow, and player psychology.
S – Skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and passion for exploring the limits of interactive design.
- Portfolio showcasing previous game design products with diverse styles and genres.
- Knowledge of game development process and best practices.
A – Attitude
