Job Description

This Data Analyst position focuses on the HR domain, involving the collection, processing, and visualization of HR-related data such as recruitment, engagement, performance, and HR costs. The role requires building and maintaining HR dashboards using PowerBI/Google Data Studio for regular reporting and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for policy improvement. The analyst will also support the development of employee performance tracking systems and collaborate with HR teams to optimize talent strategies. Researching and applying new AI and automation tools to enhance work efficiency is also part of the role.

Must Have:
  • Graduated in Human Resource Management, Marketing, PR, International Economics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related fields
  • 3-6 months experience as Data Analyst, preferably in HR, Marketing or Business Analyst
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics
  • Solid foundational knowledge of statistics, data processing, and data storytelling
  • Proficient in PowerBI, SQL
  • Logical thinking, good data processing and problem-solving skills
  • Good English proficiency
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Canva and AI tools for analysis
  • Research skills, fast learning, and effective communication with stakeholders

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Collect, process, and visualize data related to HR operations (recruitment, engagement, performance, HR costs, turnover rate, etc.).
  • Build and maintain HR dashboards on PowerBI/Google Data Studio for periodic reporting.
  • Analyze HR data insights, provide recommendations to improve policies and operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of employee performance tracking and evaluation systems (HR KPI, recruitment metrics, training outcomes, etc.).
  • Collaborate with HR, EB, TA teams to optimize talent attraction, retention, and development strategies using data.
  • Research and apply new tools (AI tools, automation) to improve work efficiency.

3. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

  • Graduated in Human Resource Management, Marketing, PR, International Economics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related fields from universities
  • 3-6 months experience as Data Analyst, preferably in HR, Marketing or Business Analyst
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of statistics, data processing, and data storytelling

Skills

  • Proficient in PowerBI, SQL; knowing Python is an advantage
