Job Summary
Zipdev is seeking a Human Resources Implementation Specialist to support new client onboarding and serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Ready Human Resources. This role involves managing post-transition HR activities, ensuring data integrity, and collecting historical HR information. Responsibilities include client training, system configuration, and delivering exceptional customer service while utilizing technology for HR and time & attendance.
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources implementation with UKG Ready
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to effectively communicate with clients
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good English proficiency (C1+)
- Must be located in LATAM
Good to Have
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in timekeeping implementation with UKG Ready

Here at Zipdev we're looking for a Human Resources Implementation Specialist supports the onboarding of new clients and serves as the subject matter expert for UKG Ready Human Resources. This person will also own the post transition Human Resources activities to ensure data integrity such as collecting historical Human Resources information and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding of new clients and serve as the subject matter expert
- Assist client in developing their skills and expertise in order to utilize our products with ease
- Establish and manage positive relationships with new and existing clients through our Implementation process
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Support client's needs and requests including training clients on system functionality
- Responsible for learning and understanding system capabilities
- Configure system components to meet customer requirements
- Participate in testing cycles
- Engage clients in product features and functionality
- Work with a great team to support our clients!
- Utilize our technology to assist with Human Resources, time & attendance, and much more
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources implementation with UKG Ready required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in timekeeping implementation with UKG Ready preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to effectively communicate with clients
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Positive, enthusiastic personality
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good English proficiency (C1+)
- Must be located in LATAM.
