Job Summary

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who can turn complex product ideas into fast, elegant, and intuitive user experiences. You’ll work closely with design, backend, and product to build high-quality interfaces that feel effortless for users and scale reliably. Responsibilities include building responsive UIs with React/Next.js, translating Figma designs, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining clean component architecture with strong testing.

Must Have

  • Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks
  • Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable components
  • Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs efficiently
  • Optimize performance, load times, and overall UX
  • Implement best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Collaborate with Product & Design to refine user flows and interactions
  • Maintain a clean component architecture and contribute to a shared design system
  • Write maintainable, well-documented code with strong testing methodologies
  • 2–5 years of experience in frontend development
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and modern build tools
  • Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL)
  • Understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar)
  • Strong grasp of frontend performance optimization
  • Ability to break down complex UI problems and solve them cleanly
  • A product-driven mindset, you care about user experience, not just code

Good to Have

  • Experience with animations/motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
  • Experience building design systems or component libraries
  • Knowledge of modern authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
  • Prior work in B2B SaaS or consumer-facing platforms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
  • Startup experience

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in frontend development (startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and modern build tools
  • Excellent English communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL)
  • Understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar)
  • Strong grasp of frontend performance optimization
  • Ability to break down complex UI problems and solve them cleanly
