Job Description

This Back-end Developer role at Sonat involves designing, developing, and optimizing APIs and backend services for performance, security, and scalability. Key responsibilities include managing PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, collaborating with Frontend Developers for system integration, and participating in technical solution proposals. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, be proficient in NestJS and TypeScript, and possess knowledge of API design, RESTful principles, and system security.

Good To Have:

Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services) is a plus.

Must Have:

Design, develop, and optimize APIs and backend services for performance, security, and scalability.
Manage and operate PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and query optimization.
Collaborate closely with Frontend Developers for system integration.
Participate in business requirements analysis, propose technical solutions, and improve systems.
Support system operation, deployment, and monitoring; coordinate troubleshooting when issues arise.
At least 1 year of full-time experience as a Backend Developer.
Proficient in NestJS and TypeScript.
Experienced with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
Understand API design principles, RESTful, and have knowledge of system security.
Skills in analyzing, designing, and optimizing backend systems.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code with basic unit tests.

Work from Monday to Friday, off Saturday & Sunday
Morning: 8:30 – 12:00 | Afternoon: 13:00 – 18:00

2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and optimize APIs and backend services to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
Manage and operate PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and optimizing data queries.
Collaborate closely with Frontend Developers to integrate systems, providing a complete user experience.
Participate in business requirements analysis, propose technical solutions, and improve systems.
Support system operation, deployment, and monitoring; coordinate troubleshooting when issues arise.
Update and apply new technologies to enhance the efficiency and stability of the backend system.

3. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

University degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
At least 1 year of full-time experience as a Backend Developer.
Proficient in NestJS and TypeScript.
Experienced with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
Understand API design principles, RESTful, and have knowledge of system security.

Skills

Skills in analyzing, designing, and optimizing backend systems.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code with basic unit tests.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate effectively with Frontend Developers, QA/QC, and related departments.
Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services,...) is a plus.
