Business Analyst

At Sonat, a Business Analyst is responsible for transforming business, product, and operational needs into clear system requirements for the Tech/BI team to implement correctly, sufficiently, and practically for real-world operations.

Must Have

• Collect, analyze, and clarify requirements from stakeholders (PO, GD, Dev, DA, UA, MO, HR, BI, BOD…).
• Standardize requirements into business & system documents (BRD, SRS, flow, rule).
• Design business flows, system flows, processing logic, and specific conditions.
• Coordinate closely with Dev/BI during implementation to ensure correct requirements are built.
• Support business testing (UAT), acceptance, and handover of the system for operation.
• Propose process improvements, risk reduction, and increased operational efficiency through IT systems.
• Graduated with a major in Economics, Finance, Business Administration from top universities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, having participated in system building projects in HR, Business, or Product domains.
• Experienced in building functional requirement documents, process description documents, etc.
• Proficient in using office tools (Word/Excel).
• Proficient in using Business Process, Wireframe, Mockup creation tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, or similar tools.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python).

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

Main tasks

Project scope

• BI & reporting system for Product -LiveOps / OpsChain / Automation for App/Game products
• Internal operating systems (HR, Care, Ops)
• Business analysis system serving the MKT team

###### 3. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

• Graduated with a major in Economics, Finance, Business Administration from top universities
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position - Has participated in system building projects in one of 3 domains (HR, Business, Product)
• Experienced in building functional requirement documents, process description documents, etc.

Skills

• Ability to communicate information clearly and coherently with stakeholders and the development team.
• Writing skills and building functional requirement documents, process description documents, etc.
• Proficient in using office tools (word/excel)
• Good logical thinking, ability to analyze and optimize complex business processes.
• Proficient in using Business Process, Wireframe, Mockup creation tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, or similar tools.
• Data analysis skills, proficient in Power BI, SQL, Python
