The Associate, Talent Acquisition will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers across various levels and regional markets to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This role involves sourcing high-caliber passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and leveraging optimization tools to enhance recruitment efficiency. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Must Have
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers across various levels and regional markets to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
- Source high-caliber passive candidates, with hiring needs that extend beyond Singapore
- Develop talent pipelines and nurturing candidate relationships for future opportunities
- Explore and leverage optimization tools and technologies to streamline processes
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Proven record of handling multiple roles of varying seniority levels
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong team player who is organized, able to prioritize work well and support the team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people at all levels

- Exposure to the gaming talent pool is advantageous
