Job Description
- Drive high-impact projects across various game teams and functions such as game operations, game design, marketing, strategy, and more
- Own end-to-end responsibilities from day one, with the autonomy to shape projects and deliver meaningful impact
- Collaborate with experienced teams and leaders to solve complex, real-world problems in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in a business-related or engineering field from top reputable universities will be advantageous
- 2 - 5 years of working experience, having prior experience in a strategy consulting firm or other business strategy related functions within tech companies or FMCG industries would be highly preferred
- Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry who have strong records of academic and professional achievement
- Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
- Strong project management skill with a proven track record of successful project deliveries
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices
